BT needed something to attract customers to an event they were holding at the Tower. What better way than a top chef preparing a top meal at the top of their flagship building? We approached Rick Stein who prepared a ‘Best of British’ menu to compliment their event theme and cooked it in person for them. The result..an oversubscribed event. Simple ideas are sometimes the best.
