Let's cut it out
BT takes the issue of bullying and harassment very seriously with a cost of stress-related illness to their industry of £12 billion a year. This clever little animation highlights the many and varied kinds of behaviours associated with workplace bullying with a call to action to ‘cut them out’. It was communicated to all of its people and linked to a huge array of internal feedback mechanisms. Over 83% of its 110,000 people subsequently said they were aware of the Lets Cut it Out campaign. Still one of our favourite pieces of work.
